ID
All customers must present one form of ID prior to receiving any service.
BREAD
- Bread is available to all visitors in reasonable quantities.
- Large quantities are filled by referral only.
- All customers must sign the Bread Registration and include the quantity of individuals being served.
CLOTHING
- Individual clothing needs are available without an official referral.
- Multiple quantities of clothing are serviced only by referral.
CANNED GOODS
- All Canned goods are distributed by referral only.
- The order is packed by a volunteer and delivered to the customer in the service area.
FURNITURE / APPLIANCES
- All furniture and appliances are distributed by referral only.
- All furniture and appliances must be picked up at the TNN Warehouse on Tyler Avenue. PICK UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. NO DELIVERY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE!
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
There will be occasions when service should be made without an official referral. In these cases, the On Duty Authority must consent to the service order and indicate that the service is a one-time event.
GENERAL PROCEDURES
- All referrals should be retained and attached to the completed packing slip and deposited in the special folder at the front desk.
- The packing slip lists the items taken and is signed by the recipient.
THE NEEDS NETWORK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SCREEN, REFUSE, AND LIMIT THE SERVICES & PRODUCTS WE PROVIDE REGARDLESS OF REFERRAL
