About Us

While our basic service concept was born a few decades ago, our active service programs were launched in 1998. It was at this point when we started establishing our e-mail contact base and began to match needs and solutions.

Right from the inception, it was amazing how well The Needs Network e-mail process worked. Members would send us a need. We, in turn, would post the need through our base, and a solution would shortly follow. It was obvious that we had found the missing link for service... Communications!

As time passed, folks told folks, and our base and influence grew. Thousands of interested individuals joined the ranks and individual needs are now being met daily.

In the normal growth of such a good thing, company offerings started reaching our ears. As we nurtured these opportunities, donations began trickling, then flowing in. By the end of 2007, thousands of food products reach our doors weekly and an equal number of clients benefit through relief. Like a well-crafted clock, we just keep ticking solidly onward.

At the start of 2008, it was definite that we have reached the point of moving to the next level of service. This means the beginning of a substantial warehouse/service center facility. Such a facility will enable us to operate six days a week and at hours that are convenient for our clients.

Such an energetic endeavor will require the formation of community partnerships. Through financial pledging, we will all be able to offer greater depth of community service.
